COVID-19 Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the pandemic all sales are final. We no longer handle the shipping in-house, but go through a third party distributor and honor their shipping and handling protocol. We will however do size exchanges for clothing only, which we honor up to 14 days from when the product was received. If we do not have the size in stock for the exchange, we will issue a store credit once the item is returned to us in original condition. All sales on the NSRGNTS conversation hearts are final, being that they are edible. We will do our best to accommodate our customers, feel free to email us at: email@example.com
Please allow up to 14 business days (during COVID-19) to process orders. Shipping times may be vary when purchased during big drops and sales due to the high volume of orders. Please allow time for the tracking number to update on the USPS website, before emailing.
